About this role
This is a newly created role and YouGov's first dedicated in-house corporate lawyer. The Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all corporate legal work across the group, reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary as part of our Corporate team. The Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate will work closely with the GC and the Deputy Company Secretary to play a central role in supporting YouGov's Board, executive leadership and Finance function on the full range of corporate, governance, capital markets, M&A and group legal matters, and you will have the opportunity to build and shape the in-house corporate legal capability.…
