Deine Mission Wir suchen ab sofort dich als Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Office in München in einem hybriden Modell . Als Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d) bist du für das operative Rückgrat unseres SME Sales verantwortlich. Du stellst sicher, dass Prozesse, CRM, Reporting, Forecasting und unser Sales Tech Stack sauber aufgesetzt, skaliert und genutzt werden. Du übersetzt Pipeline, Performance- und Umsatzdaten in klare Insights und Entscheidungsgrundlagen – und unterstützt damit Sales Leadership aktiv dabei, Produktivität, Planbarkeit und Execution-Qualität im Goto-Market zu steigern. Deine Mission: Reporting, KPIs & Performance-Transparenz: Du entwickelst Dashboards, Reports und KPI-Frameworks und definierst zentrale Vertriebskennzahlen.…
