Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres IT-Teams bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für technische Fragen und sorgst für reibungslose IT-Prozesse im gesamten Unternehmen: Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und Steuerung der Tickets mittels Jira Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen im Active Directory (AD) sowie in Microsoft Entra ID Begleitung des On- und Offboarding, Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts Betreuung unserer Microsoft 365-Umgebung (inkl.
