About the shERPa Project NMBS is undergoing a company-wide transformation through the shERPa program, implementing SAP S/4HANA as a greenfield solution. This program will standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable digital transformation across all business units — including Supply Chain, Rolling Stock maintenance, Infrastructure and Operations.
