About this role

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Mandarin) to support our transportation operations in Port Reading, NJ. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to final delivery Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, issues, or exceptions Communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers in both English and Mandarin Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board Verify rate confirmations, delivery details, and documentation accuracy…
