About this role

The Satellite Warehouse Operation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, compliance, and process consistency of multiple satellite and 3PL warehouse locations. This role includes weekly site visits, inventory audits, partner staff training, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Conduct regular (weekly) site inspections of partnership and satellite warehouses. Monitor operational metrics and report on warehouse performance, risks, and improvement actions.
