Maintenance Technician II

Today, we provide housing and services across more than 20 locations in King and Snohomish Counties, supporting thousands of people each year.   As a member of our Facilities team, you will see the impact of your work every day. Fixing a leaking sink, preparing an apartment for a new resident, repairing a door, or responding to a building emergency may feel like maintenance work, but for the people we serve, it can mean having a safe home, greater stability, and one less thing to worry about.
