Zafran is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Business Operations team.
In this role, you will be the internal builder who turns operational friction into working software. You will work directly with business teams — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and HR to identify where AI can make a meaningful difference, then design and ship the solutions that make it happen.
Claude is our primary AI platform used across the company via claude.ai http://claude.ai, the Anthropic API, and integrated into our automation workflows. A core part of this role is going deep on Claude: designing system prompts, building Claude-powered automations, developing reusable skills and artifacts that scale horizontally across teams, and using Claude Code to accelerate delivery.…
