المهام والمسؤوليات : 1 . مراجعة جميع الكتب المستلمة وإدارة ملكيتها مع الفريق (أي تحديد من يتولى كل رسالة). 2. التأكد من أن الرسائل تُرسل بالشكل والطريقة والعمليات الصحيحة، وأنها تُؤرشف بشكل مناسب. 3. ضمان إجراء المتابعات الصحيحة عند الحاجة مع الأطراف الأخرى (مثل البنك المركزي العراقي – CBI). 4. دعم المدير في الإشراف على موظفي الوحدة. 5. تقديم التوعية والتدريب اللازم والمستمر لفريق الامتثال. 6. إعداد خطط المراجعة الخاصة بالامتثال وفقًا لنهج قائم على المخاطر 7. التأكد من تطبيق وتنفيذ الإجراءات أو التعليمات الجديدة خلال المدة المحددة وبالتنسيق مع أصحاب العلاقة الداخليين. 8. تصعيد أو الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات في التعليمات أو الرسائل أو أي تأخير في تطبيق الأنظمة الجديدة إلى مدير الامتثال. 9.…
