About this role

Zaizi is looking for a User Researcher (SFIA4) to work in a delivery-focused, agile environment, supporting government clients across Public Safety. You'll play a key role in helping multidisciplinary teams develop a deep understanding of users, ensuring services are designed around real user needs and evidence rather than assumptions. Working across end-to-end services, you'll plan, lead and deliver user research activities that uncover user needs, behaviours, motivations and pain points.
