THE ROLE & THE TEAM Our team ensures the best possible delivery and return experience for Zalando shipments. We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Delivery Solutions Manager (all genders) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will help shape customer satisfaction and delivery speed while keeping costs within budget. You’ll develop both operational and foundational project management skills by working closely with internal departments like Linehaul, Customer Service, Warehousing, and Tech. You will act as an operational link between our last-mile carriers and internal teams, helping to monitor performance and resolve day-to-day delivery topics.…
