DAS TEAM & DIE ROLLE Als Security & Loss Prevention Manager (all genders) bist du der Schlüssel für einen sicheren und geschützten Standort. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich alle Mitarbeitenden in unserem Logistikzentrum jederzeit sicher fühlen. Du führst dein Security-Team mit Wertschätzung und klarem Fokus, entwickelst unsere Sicherheitskonzepte weiter und vertrittst das Thema Sicherheit strategisch im Management-Team. Deine Arbeit ist geprägt durch einen motivierenden Teamgeist, der auf Wertschätzung, Respekt und Offenheit basiert. Zusammen mit deinem Team arbeitest du sowohl an der Erreichung der operativen Tagesziele als auch an der Verbesserung der Prozesse.
