About this role

As Senior Manager Service Provider Operations (all genders) you are the main contact person for multiple 3PL return centres. You will ensure that the agreed service levels are met and you will constantly look for ways to provide our customers with an even better Zalando experience. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) You will represent Zalando to our fulfillment partners and be responsible for the operational steering of 3PL locations throughout Europe.
