About this role

At Zanders, GenAI isn't a side project or an R&D experiment. It's central to how we're reshaping financial services. Our GenAI team is growing fast, currently 7-10 consultants delivering at enterprise scale for banks, insurers, and financial institutions across Europe. Every project we take on pushes the boundary of what's possible in regulated environments. We're looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager who brings hands-on GenAI capability, an understanding of financial services, and above all the drive to build something that doesn't exist yet.
