Our HR team in Zagreb is growing! We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support the growth of Zanders and further professionalize HR processes. Your role: As an HR Operations Specialist, you are key in providing a great employee experience by being responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR administration services throughout the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding. You are the main responsible person for managing all HR processes, systems, documentation, and communications, in compliance with company policies and local legislation. Zanders is global organization, and this role would cover that same global span with a strong focus on the Netherlands. Other countries are: India, Sweden, UK, US and wherever support is needed.…
