About this role

Role Overview We are looking for a strong, hands-on, and mature Talent Acquisition & Senior HR Operations Specialist to support our business operations and workforce growth in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, has a strong local recruitment network, and understands how to attract talent in a competitive financial services, fintech, brokerage, or commercial business environment. Approximately 60–70% of the role will focus on Talent Acquisition , while the remaining 30–40% will cover HR Operations to support the employee lifecycle in Indonesia.
