About this role

岗位职责： 1、Provide technical support for AR coating to solve the major problems rising in production on time. Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need; 负责真空镀膜车间的工艺技术支持，及时解决生产中出现的重大问题，确保生产过程得到及时支持； 2、Coordinates all process and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products in AR process; 负责工艺参数的变更，确认和验证，新工艺/设备/产品在本工序的导入和验证； 3、Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required.
