About this role

New Product Transfer & Industrialization - Support NPI / product transfer projects for X-Ray products. - Plan and execute line setup, including assembly layout, equipment, fixtures, and tooling. - Develop and deliver technology and process training to production teams. - Support P‑FMEA activities to identify and mitigate process risks. - Ensure proper maintenance and continuous improvement of fixtures and tooling. Assembly Technology & Process Optimization - Develop and implement new assembly technologies and methods to reduce cycle time. - Optimize end‑to‑end production processes to increase efficiency and First Pass Yield. - Standardize work instructions and train relevant employees on new processes and best practices.…
