Senior Project Manager, XRX

Key Responsibilities/工作职责 Own the end-to-end PMO management of all XRX China customer projects, covering project intake, prioritization, planning, milestone tracking, issue escalation, risk control, change management and executive reporting. Build and maintain a transparent project portfolio view for different customers and business models; define project roadmap, success criteria, key deliverables, decision gates and resource requirements based on business priorities.
