Als Backstubenleitung bei Zeit für Brot übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Dein Team, die täglichen Abläufe und unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards. Dabei packst Du selbst mit an, entwickelst Dein Team weiter und schaffst ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Zusammenarbeit, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Handwerk im Mittelpunkt stehen. So gestaltest Du unsere Führungskultur aktiv mit und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team dafür, dass unsere Backstube jeden Tag rundläuft und unsere Bioland-zertifizierten Backwaren in bester Qualität entstehen.…
