About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing freight documentation, processing customer invoices, coordinating with factoring companies, and supporting carriers and customers throughout the billing process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and efficient payment processing. Key Responsibilities Review and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other freight documentation for accuracy and completeness. Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Submit required documentation to factoring companies according to established timelines.…
