About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Load Planner to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing truck utilization, planning efficient routes, securing backhaul opportunities, and ensuring drivers operate safely and efficiently while remaining compliant with DOT and Hours of Service regulations. If you enjoy solving logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about improving operational efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
