Operations & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Asset-Based Logistics Operations & Dispatch Specialist to support day-to-day transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in an asset-based trucking environment , managing company-owned trucks and drivers, and coordinating daily dispatch operations. This role combines dispatch, Track & Trace, customer service, and operational support . The successful candidate should be comfortable managing loads from pickup to delivery, communicating with drivers and customers, monitoring shipments, and providing coverage for both Dispatch and Track & Trace functions as needed .
