About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Operator with logistics experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
