About this role

O roli Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiadać za rozwój efektywności organizacji poprzez zarządzanie obszarem Business Excellence oraz portfelem strategicznych projektów w ramach PMO. Rola wspiera podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych w oparciu o dane, badania i insighty rynkowe, a także zapewnia optymalizację procesów, kosztów i rozwiązań pozyskiwanych z rynku. Główne obowiązki Zarządzanie funkcją Business Excellence, obejmującą CRM, Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Intelligence oraz doskonalenie procesów biznesowych. Definiowanie KPI, dashboardów i standardów raportowania oraz dostarczanie analiz i rekomendacji wspierających decyzje strategiczne, komercyjne i marketingowe.
