About this role

Position Purpose As an Operational Excellence & Digitalization Engineer, you will help improve the performance of our Bucharest manufacturing site by combining Lean manufacturing principles with digital technologies. You will identify opportunities to simplify and optimize processes, design improved systems and ways of working, implement changes, and monitor their impact. Through continuous improvement projects and digital solutions, you will contribute to improvements in productivity, quality, cost, compliance, and operational visibility.
