Summary of Position : The Manager Global Parts & Accessories (P&A) is the first point of contact for all Parts & Accessories–related matters worldwide. This role leads the global P&A strategy and oversees operations across existing and expanding territories. You will own and shape the future development of P&A as a business unit with significant growth potential, both now and in the years ahead. You are a business-oriented, self-driven, and creative leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of defining and executing a successful global strategy. You hold full responsibility for budgets, revenues, margins, and long-term profitability of the P&A business.
