What ZeroFox will look like to you… You're walking into a People team that is actively transforming how it operates. We're mid-implementation on a new HRIS platform, moving payroll under HR for the first time, and supporting a workforce that spans 10 countries across four different employment frameworks. The person stepping into this seat gets to shape how these things land, not just execute against a finished plan. You'll be the connective tissue between our US-based People Ops function and specialists in Chile and India, with a close partnership with our global HRBP team.
