Order Preparation: Pre‑pick parts, fulfil customer orders, and verify stock availability for each enquiry. Support spare‑part document collation and reconciliation, assist with packing as well as goods‑in and goods‑out workflows, and perform weekly and monthly inventory counts. Sales & Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls together with walk‑in customer enquiries. Nurture positive customer relationships through sound product expertise and professional first‑line impressions.
