Ziegler CAT is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Product Support Sales Coordinator to join our Power Systems team. In this role, you will provide administrative, sales, and operational support to Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) and the Product Support Sales Supervisor. The Product Support Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customer relationships, coordinating National Accounts with Caterpillar dealers across the country, managing Customer Value Agreements (CVAs), maintaining customer and equipment records, and ensuring timely service scheduling and invoicing.
