About this role
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Service Repair Analyst who is responsible for creating and maintaining standard jobs using Caterpillar, other various dealer portals and Ziegler specific software tools. A standard job consists of a list of parts and labor hours necessary to complete specific maintenance or repairs. Standard jobs are used in repair quotes to customers, contract pricing, life-cycle cost projections and to drive service efficiency. The ideal candidate must be very detail orientated, enjoy working independently and be proficient with excel.
