About this role

Das erwartet dich bei uns Als Customer Support Engineer (gn) unterstützt du unser dynamisches Customer Support Team. Du bildest die technische Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, OEM´s Instandhaltungsbetrieben und den Fachabteilungen. Gemeinsam verfolgt ihr das Ziel die Wünsche unserer Kunden optimal zu erfüllen, wobei du folgende Verantwortlichkeiten übernimmst Analyse und Bewertung technischer Störungen, Fehlermeldungen und Service Requests. Erstellung und Pflege technischer Berichte, Service Bulletins und Modifikationsunterlagen für unsere Kunden Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Optimierung bestehender Flugsitzkomponenten durch Neukonstruktion, Modifikationen oder Anpassungen unter Berücksichtigung relevanter Eigenschaften, wie bspw.…
