Build and scale a high-performing analytics organization that transforms customer and marketing data into business decisions through close partnership with Customer, Product, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering. Champion AI-enabled customer intelligence by translating predictive analytics, customer insights, and next-best-action capabilities into measurable business outcomes rather than simply analytical outputs.
