About this role
The Developer is a key member of the Product Development Team. Working with the Product Owner, the Developer implements software designs. The Developer uses available development tools to create functional implementations of software. As a Developer you will be expected to design and implement solutions that result in high quality, well documented and unit testable source code. You will be required to meet all coding standards for your project. You will be expected to provide accurate scoring and/or work effort estimations, risk assessments and participate in schedule development. Developers may be asked to lead improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and increase R&D effectiveness.
