Role Description: Computational biology intern Location: Fort Collins, CO (US Remote) Internship Summary: The intern will assess and integrate methods in a workflow for peptide substrate that includes de novo generation, evaluation of biophysical characteristics (charge, hydrophobicity, epitope prediction) as well as ranking and final selection for wet lab generation. Internship Job Duties: Independently install, configure and deploy scientific software Parameterize, generate, analyze and report back results Fully document work in detail as well as frequently interface to update project strategies and deliverables. · Communicate and present data to our internal team.
