POSITION SUMMARY The Supply Planning Modeler owns the system and modelling capability across both the mid-term (S&OP) and short-term (S&OE) planning cycles. This role maintains the capacity model in SAP IBP, surfaces constraints through system-generated alerts, and builds the comparable scenarios that enable decisionmakers to evaluate alternatives with consistent assumptions. Serving the Supply planners both in the Mid-Term Plan and the Short-Term Plan, the Modeler is the SAP IBP power user who translates business judgment into system-ready models. The deliberate handoff between the Modeler and the Supply Planners separates system capability from human judgment, ensuring that planning decisions are informed by rigorous analysis while remaining grounded in business reality.…
