About this role

Wo Du mit anpacken kannst Du bist zuständig für alle technischen Wehwehchen des Kunden und gehst mit geballter Fachkompetenz auf Arztpraxen zu – entweder bei uns vor Ort oder direkt in Deiner Region. Du betreust sie als technischer Servicemitarbeiter auf Mac, iPhone und iPad von der ersten Installation über Anpassungen (inkl. medizinischer Geräteanbindung) bis hin zur Schulung des Praxisteams. Alternativ unterstützt Du per Fernsupport bei Problemen und beantwortest Fragen von unseren (potenziellen) Kunden bzgl. der Nutzung unserer Software, Netzwerk- und Geräteanbindung sowie anzuschaffender Hardware auch am Telefon mit Herz und Verstand. Über die reine Technik schaust Du hinaus und berätst die Praxen nach einiger Erfahrung mit unserem Produkt auch zu ihren Praxis-Workflows.…
