Genau hier kommst Du ins Spiel: Du nimmst dem Komplexen das Komplizierte und entwickelst einen skalierbaren Onboarding-Prozess. Wo Du mit anpacken kannst Du entwickelst unseren Onboarding-Prozess weiter und sorgst für einen klaren Weg von der Übergabe aus dem Vertrieb bis zum stabilen Praxisbetrieb. Dabei legst Du auch fest, wann eine Praxis wirklich startklar ist. Statt bei jeder Umstellung das Rad neu zu erfinden, schaffst Du Standards und Abläufe, die für immer mehr Praxen funktionieren – mit möglichst wenig individuellem Aufwand.…
