About this role

Wo Du mit anpacken kannst Als Teamleiter:in in der Softwareentwicklung übernimmst Du die fachliche Leitung eines Entwicklerteams in unserer tomedo®-Entwicklung, gibst Orientierung und schaffst den Rahmen, in dem Dein Team fokussiert arbeiten und sich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln kann. Du führst regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche, gibst Dein Wissen durch Mentoring, Pair Programming und Code-Reviews weiter und begleitest neue Kolleg:innen beim Ankommen im Team. Du hältst die Fäden zwischen Produktmanagement, UI/UX, Support, Testing und Entwicklung zusammen, verhandelst Prioritäten und machst technische Schulden sowie Bottlenecks sichtbar. Komplexe technische Zusammenhänge übersetzt Du dabei so, dass am Ende alle dasselbe Zielbild vor Augen haben.…
