In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kund:innen und Projektbeteiligten stellst Du sicher, dass alles nach Plan läuft – natürlich inklusive Einhaltung unserer Installationsstandards. Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kund:innen. Mit kreativen Ideen und viel Einfühlungsvermögen berätst Du sie proaktiv, koordinierst Projektwünsche und sorgst dafür, dass jede Lösung genau passt. Ob Geräteanbindung, Hardwareinstallation, Netzwerk oder unsere tomedo®-Software: Du bringst alles ans Laufen! Dabei dokumentierst Du den Projektfortschritt strukturiert in Asana.
