You will automate repetitive work and improve observability to keep the network reliable at scale. Your efforts directly support Zoom's product teams and AI initiatives. About the Team IT Network Engineering owns the infrastructure connecting Zoom's global workforce. We automate aggressively and build reliable tooling. We fix things properly — once. Responsibilities: Operating enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN across global sites.
