Technical Partner Advisor, Zoom Customer Experience What you can expect You'll drive customer retention and expansion across Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio by partnering with service providers to ensure successful deployments and sustained adoption. You'll establish technical standards, monitor account health, and proactively address churn risks throughout the customer lifecycle.
