Senior Plant Issue Resolution Engineer - Electrical Systems

As an Issue Resolution Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and build readiness of our autonomous vehicles during manufacturing. You will operate at the intersection of engineering and production, driving rapid containment and resolution of issues identified during general assembly and end-of-line validation. This role requires strong technical depth, urgency in execution, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to root cause and implement durable corrective actions.
