About this role
Who we are looking for: Highly motivated Quality Review Specialist who can understand and perform the below responsibilities in conjunction with our internal and external customers on the phone, via software applications and via email. Responsibilities: Accurate posting of payments received from multiple sources for multiple clients. Reconciling deposits and resolving complex discrepancies. Locating and uploading payment remittance advice (RA). Reviewing remittance advice to assure appropriate payments , adjustments, balance transfers and recoupments are completed accurately Assists with special projects and compiles reports. Responds to inquiries regarding payments and reconciliation.…
