About this role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading field sales operations within an assigned territory (Bangkok) to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth for the SME business. You will manage and support a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent merchant experience. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, monitor team performance, provide proactive support for sales execution, and serve as the first point of escalation for operational and merchant-related issues.
