Key Responsibilities CEO Office and Leadership Team Support • Support the Hong Kong CEO in preparing for Leadership Team meetings, business reviews, regional updates, investment discussions, market visits and senior stakeholder engagements. • Develop concise briefing notes, executive summaries, discussion papers, action trackers and decision logs. • Help structure agendas, capture key decisions, follow up on actions, and ensure leadership discussions translate into execution. • Maintain visibility of Hong Kong’s key strategic priorities, open issues, dependencies, risks and required decisions. • Act as a trusted coordination point between the CEO, Leadership Team members and selected regional / international stakeholders.…
