JOB TITLE: Design Engineer III WORK LOCATION: 29930 Hudson Dr. Novi, MI 48377 Position may telecommute/work remotely 17% of the time. Position requires 3% domestic travel. JOB DUTIES: Responsible for design engineering of automotive brake products including conventional brake calipers, motor on caliper brake products, electro-mechanical brake calipers, and other foundation brake systems/components. Thoroughly understand customer requirements and create product designs in response to those requirements. Execute design process (CAD modeling, packaging, preliminary CAE, stack-ups, design reviews, etc.) to ensure that design meets all internal and external requirements for braking components.…
