Job Purpose: The Production Control Management Part Leader (HOP) is responsible for leading, integrating, and overseeing the overall activities of the Management Part within the Production Control Team, including Engineering Order (EO) and 4M management, new program launch coordination, End-of-Production (EOP) and obsolescence management, inventory control, budget and expense management, logistics cost analysis, KPI management, and continuous improvement. This position provides functional leadership to Management Part members by establishing work priorities, defining performance expectations, monitoring work progress and deliverables, and providing the necessary guidance and support to ensure the accurate, timely, and effective execution of assigned responsibilities.…
