Job Title: Production Team Leader Department: Production Reports to: Production Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Purpose: Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Leader will lead the production team to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations while promoting a team environment. Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) : Maintain adherence to all safety guidelines. Ensure customer satisfaction through active promotion of MAC Quality Policy. Ensure that assigned Team Members work to current Procedures, Work Instructions and other applicable documentation. Achieve daily production needs by coordinating resources and prioritizing tasks within assigned cell(s).…
