About the Role Do you have a strong dental background, enjoy solving technical challenges, and know how to build trusted customer relationships? At 3Shape, we are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Lab Key Accounts team in Copenhagen. As a TAM, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our enterprise lab customers, helping them get the most from 3Shape’s products and services. This is not a traditional support role. You will work proactively to stabilize and scale customers’ IT environments, manage technical relationships, solve complex issues, guide software integrations, and advocate for customers internally.
